Since I thought Netscape could output PS files, I tried it out.
But it failed in the result.
Maybe Japanese PS output of Netscape is illegal.

To get PS files, I recommend the same way to Kawaguti, using w3m
and a2ps-j. 
a2ps-j puts down 2 pages on one paper in default. To get more
information, type
% a2ps-j -help
