                                        ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
(de-970703.tar.gz) is now available which does not require ifmedia
support. It runs as-is under FreeBSD 2.2 and 2.1.7.1, and BSD/OS
         ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
2.1. The ability to run without ifmedia is rudimentary but useable.
It has not been extensively tested. If it works (or not) for you,
please let me know and tell what card you are using (and the output of
dmesg).
