Thank you for your willingness to cooperate with me in executing this deal. While I was working in our private banking division, the subject (Mr. Christophe Littlechild) came to my bank to engage in business discussion. I was the officer assigned to this case; I made numerous suggestions in line with my duties, especially giving the volume of money he wants to put in the bank. I met him on numerous occasions prior to any investment being placed. My favored approach is to start by assessing data on traditional blue chips, stocks and bonds. Based on my advice then, we spun the money around various opportunities and made attractive margins. These margins were not the full investment potential but he desired low risk with guaranteed return on investment.

If you are familiar with private banking affairs, those who patronize our services usually prefer anonymity and also some level of detachment from conventional processes. In his bio-data form, he listed no next of kin. In the field of private banking, opening an account with us means no one will know of its existence. Accounts are rarely held under a name, depositors use numbers and codes to make their account anonymous. Because of my personal dealings with him, when I was transferred to the audit department and there was inactivity on his account, I was able to realize the opportunity that was presenting itself.

So far, I have been able to discuss this with a High Court Judge friend of mine, and he has given me an assurance that he will give us the legal document to back up the claim;(the indemnity transfer of rights and privileges) which he said will be ready in three days. This confers on you the beneficiary rights in relation to the investment. I will need a copy of your I.D by email. Once I get the legal document, I will take it over to the probate office and apply for a letter of administration. The probate office will then contact banks to furnish them with balances on his account where applicable.

This final balance is what we will put in the application. This application will then be placed on the notice board for 48 hours. This is to enable any member of the public who has a query against our claim to do so. Once this is done successfully, we will be issued a letter of administration for my bank to transfer the funds to your nominated account. This whole process will be accomplished within 10 working days. Remember that we are to split the money 50/50. Please confirm to me by email that you are in agreement with this split
On completion of this transaction, you will be required to hold the funds in your account until I come over to your country for the sharing of the money. All modalities for the successful completion of this transaction has been mapped out provided you maintain absolute confidentiality and keep with the instructions that I hand over to you from time to time religiously. Note that the legal aspect of the transaction is well taken care of from here. My private telephone line in Panama is +507-8365560 if you need to talk to me. I will be communicating to you by email or I telephone you anytime I have any update regarding the transaction so that you too will be following whatever I do on your behalf here, as I will be at the background throughout the whole process of putting the documentation together so as not to arouse any suspicion on my interest in the transfer.
Looking forward to meeting with you after the transfer has gone out successfully.

Regards.
John Daniel.
