Background

Loren Ball, founder and CEO of Permanent will assume the position of President and CEO of Triden Telecom, following closing. In the near future the Company expects to rename itself Permanent Technologies to reflect its new focus on designing and manufacturing proprietary fastening systems for high vibration environments.

"We believe our Company has a lot of exciting new TineLok product in the works and I am very pleased that Permanent has transitioned into a publicly traded company. We believe that having access to the public markets will create new opportunities for the Company, although we can provide no assurance it will. We anticipate 2008 being a very successful year for the company and for the TineLok product line," said Ball.
