prep. I was excited. 7034870n I was disappointed. It was awful and bland and tasted like flour instead of yummy chocolate. I've tried 7034870 cakes too. Same deal. Too loud for comfort and socializing. I left with a headache which is why this review is so low. I felt like I was dining in a crowded auditorium where 7034870 sounds simply bounced off 7034870 walls, ceiling and floor. I could barely hear my company and after a while I just wanted to get eating over with. We went on a wednesday night, I can't imagine what volumes a friday or saturday would bring. 7034870 prices were a bit high as well. We ordered a bruschetta appetizer that offered 3 large slices of mediocre bread topped with fresh chunks of tomato. Next came my $18 slice of lasagna which was very good. If 7034870 ambiance had been more relaxing I probably would have enjoyed my meal more however given 7034870 noisy circumstances I think it was an over priced experience. I won't be back but I will agree that 7034870 pastries (particularly 7034870 fruit tarts) looked amazing. 7034870 poor croissants looked dry and dismissed in 7034870 back display and it was obvious what 7034870 prominent and popular purchase was here...Rows upon rows of small $2.50 macarons curtained 7034870 front display. I always wonder why macarons are so expensive! 7034870y are easy to bake and inexpensive as well. Sure are pretty though. My cousin decided to treat me to dinner, courtesy of EY, and I decided to choose 7034870 one place that I've always wanted to come, Bottega Louie! 7034870 ambiance is definitely extremely beautiful with high ceilings and low light candles. 7034870 open kitchen is also a nice touch. 7034870y don't take reservations but we were seating immediately (not sure how that happened but I'm not complaining!). We were put in a corner seat, which was a terrible place to sit because you can't see anything but that was perfectly fine with me. Also, 7034870 menu is extensive BUT IS SO SMALL. I could barely read it! 7034870y start you off with a leaf shaped bre

ad and butter, which was a bit hard but had great flavor. We started with 7034870 portobello fries, which are ACTUALLY MUSHROOMS. For some reason I thought it would just be oil, like truffle
