 Sir,

RE: TRANSFER OF US$32, 000,000.00 (THIRTY TWO MILLION U.S. DOLLARS ONLY) FROM CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA (CBN) TO YOUR REPUTABLE BANK ACCOUNT.

I on behalf of my colleagues, I decided to contact you, based on your good self recommendation gathered from International Chambers of Commerce and Industries as regards transfer of the above mentioned amount into your Personal or Corporate nominated bank account any where in the world.

I am MR. DAN UBA. The Chairman, Senate Committee on Local and Foreign Debt Payments. The present democratic elected government set up a committee headed by me to review and verify all contracts awarded from 1999 to date.

In the course of our work, we discovered few years ago, that the last military government awarded contract to supply power generating machines of various capacities for National Electric Power Authority (NEPA) which was over inflated by the sum of US$32M USD and actual cost of the contracts value have long been paid remaining this over inflated sum recognized as forex funds floating in the NEPA suspense account with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), after all review we have recommend this fund for payment. Which the Central Bank Of Nigeria (CBN) had been advised to pay the said amount to the foreign beneficiary by the Presidency on application for the release of fund through it's Correspondent banks - the Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) in Zurich, or Chase Manhattan Bank of NY. USA by Swift Telegraphic Transfer that will be effected within 72 banking hours.

However, all we need from you is to indicate your interest and you will be compensated with 30% of the said amount for assisting us transferring this fund into an offshore account. We will use you or your company to front as the legal contractor yet unpaid. Other modalities will follow immediately we hear from you, and do include your phone/fax numbers.

Note: I shall arrange a face to face meeting to enable us discuss to conclude all necessary arrangement that will enhance the prompt transfer of the fund into your nominated bank account. Your reply will not only be seen as a great honour done to us but be counted as a transaction almost accomplished if you could prompt acknowledge the receipt of this letter, no matter whatever is your stand in this proposal, as to enable us know our stand or hope.

I assure that your role poses no risk or legal strings whatsoever attached in your position as the Beneficiary. For we will use our position and contacts to influence the various ministries and government agencies to effect a smooth and fast transfer of this funds to your nominated account within the next 14working days.

Finally, the trust and confidence reposed in you cannot be over-emphasized; therefore, you are required to keep the transaction to your self in strict confidence. Hope for your kind and urgent reply through the following Email address: dan_uba@topseven.com

Best regards,

MR. DAN UBA.
